Leone Seeber brings a wealth of professional and life experience to her role as a therapist. After a 20-year career in town planning, she followed her passion for helping others and completed a Master of Counselling in 2003, later adding a Graduate Diploma in Counselling to further expand her skills.

Professional Background

Leone works with adults of all ages, offering one-on-one, down-to-earth support for those experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, self-doubt or major life transitions. She is particularly passionate about helping clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed or seeking fresh perspectives.

Specialisation

She has a special interest in trauma-informed counselling, including developmental and generational trauma, as well as General and Social anxiety. Leone also supports clients through challenges commonly faced by older adults such as midlife transitions, changing roles, loss and rediscovering purpose.

Additionally, she offers brief intervention sessions, which can be booked directly—no mental health plan or GP referral needed. She aims to be a first point of support during times of emotional difficulty, when life feels overwhelming or hard to manage alone.
